Act as a user advocate within the organization, championing the importance of user-centred design principles. Educate stakeholders on the value of investing in UX and strive to create a user-centric culture.

Team Leadership

Lead and inspire UX designers, researchers, visual designers and interaction designers. Provide feedback and guidance to help them grow professionally.

Design Direction

Provide design direction and guidance, ensuring that the team creates intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing UIs.

Continuous Improvement

Always look for ways to improve the user experience process and methodologies. Stay updated on industry trends, experiment with new tools and techniques, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaboration

Work with product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders to align around a common vision. This ensures the user experience remains priority throughout development.

Prototyping and Testing

Rapid prototyping and iteration allow you to validate design ideas early and often, leading to better user experiences.
